Hi, I moved into university today and am trying to get my PayPal address changed. However, it will not let me set this location as my billing address as the address on my debit card is different, and I cannot change address on my card as I get a "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card" message. There is nothing wrong with my card; when I try and update it in other ways, it updates perfectly.
What's going on here? I can't find any explination of this in past searches of the forum.
