"This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." is the error shown when I try to link my prepaid debit card. I added the card to another account but deleted it from my wallet because I want it on this account, but it still says its linked?

If you tried to add the card right after removing it from the other account, it may not be available yet as our system can take a little time to process this.
