not receiving paypal text message to confirm sent multiple times

i added my new cell number now paypal says sent new confirm text code not received i clicked resend multiple times and still nothing,same happened on my old number called them and they cant see why im not getting it told me call virginmobil and i did and they say no blocks on my text messaging hope they fix the problem maybe i get it soon.
