need my money from 30 min. transfer now says may take 72 hours

this is happening to me now , says security review , could take 72 hours. Noone knows when i will get my money at customer service . I received an email  yesterday from customer service saying it would be 24 hours , nothing . I am beyond frustrated and i am depending on that money to pay my electric bill today! beyond frustrated
