Hello Community!

I could need a push in the right direction. and as last resort i decided to consult you folks.

I try to resolve a login issue on both pages ebay and paypal right now.

when trying to login from a iMac running OS X 10.9.5 then i allways get the message Login incorrect. but same credentials work perfectly from a Win7, Win10,  macOS Sierra System.i allready tested from within recovery and a seperated user both can login with the credentials.

I allready tried to eliminate everything userspecific i knew of, i'll post all things i tried below if any of you got some further steps I'll gladly try them!

Troubleshooting

> Downloaded a sperate browser

* Firefox / Chrome have the same login issue as Safari does.

> Removed all Cookies

> Removed User and System Caches

> Removed Saved Application Sate folder

> Removed all *.plist files from User and Sys Library

> Removed Anything from StartupItems / LaunchAgents / LaunchDaemons

> Checked for extensions

* none installed / running

> uninstalled / deactivated plugins

* flash, Java

> Reset Safari completly

> removed System  Keychain

* setup new empty keychain

> removed all Certificates and replaced them with new ones

* /var/db/crls/crlcache.db

* /var/db/crls/ocspcache.db.

* set to Trust allways.

> checked for kernel extensions

* none running beside regular com.apple.xxx drivers

> Disabled Time Machine and iCloud

> Checked for Maleware

* none running

> No Security software installed either

> Reset password

* even tho it works on all other devices...

This should be about everything i tested.

atm i have to asume the WebDevKit of Safari might got damaged or i missed something that obvious that i wont notice myself anymore.

The Login / Signup button on the top of the ebay page is also missing, i checked the sourcecode from within Safari but it's not shown as hidden it's simply not there. wich i recall might be because of being part of a secure plugin or some sort of code i might not know yet.

FYI: I did not contact AppleCare because i actually work for AC
