login problem

when i am trying to login my account they say >>Sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's an issue with your account,contact us and we'll help resolve it.<<<

i put my password and email correctly..

when i reset my password i can login..

after some days i reset my windows and i faced same problem..please help me

Sory to hear about the trouble logging in to your PayPal account. It sounds like the security system is preventing the login. If you are traveling overseas you may not be able to login until you return home. If you are using a virtual private network (VPN) please disable it.
