linked card is not showing up for $ transfers

I linked my visa debitcard to my account and it shows up for payments but when I go to transfer $ to my account from PayPal it tells me to link a card.

Just talked to PayPal and they told me it might be my bank. If the bank does not support $ transfers to debit card your card will not show up. Sucks.

That is a bummer, but I'm wondering if it could also be that it is a holiday today? In any case, I just used the alternative which takes longer and is free, but I am low on funds in my  bank account which is why I was trying to transfer immediately. ah well...

no,it is not holiday,it is just your card is not in the network

I know how you feel. My bank is overdrawn from a unexpected bill and instant transfer would have helped. Just hoping the regular transfer hits before the fees do.
