Hello. I made my paypal account when I was under 18 and it got limited and I cannot appeal it. Since now im 18 years old, can I get my limitation removed or can I close my account and make a new one? I wrote several support tickets but all of them responded with same auto-reply, saying that they could help through phone, which is not an option for me unfortunately. Is there any other way to contact paypal? Thanks.
