 i have a limited paypal account, how to withdraw the money, i do not have bank account and viisa card?

what i can do to withdraw the money,,, Paypal making the easiest the worst.... 

You do not know how i  got the money in it..... and you are simply blocking it or limited it. 

So is there any one can help me, or a website can help to widthdraw the money, to receive the money in a bank account, but it is not accepted by Paypal.

If you can't be bothered to verify your paypal account with a bank account or card then of course its going to be limited.

You could ask them to send you a cheque but its unlikely they will do so if you can't verify who you are.

yes you are saying the right thing. but that is it...

My account is limitted and all the cards are refused.

i have 147$ i want to buy something using them... how i can do it.

Note i waited 180 days.... 

I became happy when they send an email "you are  allowed to add card but you canot sed money"

Note: you allowed to add card but are not allowed to send money...

I added more than 10 cards they refuse it....

what i can do to get  my  money....
