recently im trying to retrive my money from paypal, i tried reciving it via check but it claimed that my biling adress is invalid. my next option was linking my bank account sevrteal times and diffrent times. i tried a diffrent computer. cleaned my cookies, used the app, and tried doing it over time to no avail. everything on my end is correct and it simply doesnt let me link it. does anyone know whats happening?i got some of the infromation wrong at first but later corredcted it. is there any way to resolve this??? the errors i recive are "We are not able to process your request. Please try again later." "maxiumum attempts reached" how long would i have to wait??? if no one has a solution to this could i recive for a solution to recive my money via check???
