how do i go to my Account Overview page?

i need to verify my account but i dont know how to get to the account overview page. 

it says that i must verify my account before adding another card onto it... Please help! thanks 🙂

Welcome to the Community! 🙂

 

It sounds like you may have run into some old instructions. The account overview was located on the Classic Experience. Sorry about that!

 

Here's how you can verify your account in the New Experience:

 

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Follow the steps to complete your profile.
  3. You are fully verified when your profile is at 100%

Hi Ashley,

I am still getting messaging telling me to go to the Account Overview page. Please log a bug. I was attempting to purchase tickets to Garycon from http://garycon.com/checkout/.

 

I cannot verify my account. I can't tell what stage is missing. Maybe linking to a bank account? Which I refuse to do; PayPal doesn't need my bank account to process a CC charge. My account also has an expired CC which I can't edit (and hence can't delete). It may be because my account has been around since 2003; perhaps I missed some crucial data migration along the way.
