it shows me "You may not remove your funding source while an authorization is still pending." but i don't think any transaction or pending in my account. i try to contact customer support and i got email as robot to looking for the step to the same problem.
When you pay a seller it is never instant, paypal CREDIT the seller for you and then they wait for the funds to transfer to paypal, so even though your transaction may say completed and the item on the way it does not mean the funds have reached paypal yet.
Also what happens if you need a refund? You would not be able to file a dispute if you closed your account before everything is sorted.
Best wait a couple of weeks and try again.
