emails in wrong language

ok when i called in totay about funds after i talked to the guy all the emails have ben coming in spanish how do i change this back to english

One thought, in your Account Profile, check to see what your Preferred Language setting is.  Look under My Settings.

I'm having the same problem now, as well. Of course, I checked my language settings. They are in English. Apparently this has happened several years ago to a lot of their UK customers.

I am having the same problem now. My settings on the site say English, yet all email I am currently getting from PayPal is in Spanish...  Wazzup?

The same thing is happening to me. I checked my language setting, it's in English. When I log into my PayPal account, I see English. However, all my emails come in what looks like Chinese. I don't understand what changed.
