I badly need help! My account has been limited. Paypal says I need to provide the business address, proof of shipment and many more. I can't provide those informations asked because I am not using paypal for businesss. I used paypal for my personal uses only and for my payment for online works. Is this a trap? Trying to tell your customers that their account is limited knowing that they are not using it for business? Don't tell me to go call them because I've already called them and they hang up on me. It's either the call suddenly ended or a bot will be the one to answer your querries which is very inapproriaye since billions of people are on paypal making the company rich yet you have a very poor customer service!! We are talking about money here. Actions on calls,emails, chats support should be given priority! I want a full access on my account before the week ends.!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".

I've already done those things but failed to contact them. 😢 This is so so so very frustating on a customers part. We trust Paypal enough to deposit our money then here goes the account limitations with poor customer support. Sigh...*

Yes but to my dismay no reply for two days! 😑 A bot says it all they will connect me to an an agent and so on.

My account has been limited all week.  Day 4...I am about to contact them too.  The instructions said 3 business days....that's bull

They reinstated my account.   This is what I had to do.

 

Call the number...asked the rep when they were going to reinstate it and he did it for me while I was on the phone.   

 

I did have to wait about 15 mins for a call back.... GOOD LUCK
