no as the seller for their seller protection has to send to the paypal registered address of the buyer at the time you pay.

It's sad that this is the case, since both the seller and the buyer wish to change the shipping address. What's the rationale behind this policy? In other words, what's so special about "the time that you pay" that requires permanently fixing the shipping address? Does PayPal get hacked a lot and they just don't tell us?

My billing address showed when I paid for my item. I assum ed it changed my shipping address as well . What do I do
