cannot add new card info ??

Hello everybody... im new here. I did try a search, no luck. I deleted expired credit card info no problem, but now i dont get a number keyboard to show up to type the card number. Also cant type expiration or security code either. I have a samsung s5 and it always worked. Unfortunately my kid gave the labtop a drink so this is my only non work computer i have right now. Any ideas? I cant be the first guy with this problem. Let me know if there are any ideas, maybe a setting i need to enable or somthing.... Thanks

This seems to be a common problem with the App recently.

 

I don't know if it's a bug or what but until it's sorted...

Perhaps you could call PP and have customer service add the new card manually? If you explain you have no computer access & that the App appears to be having a glitch- maybe they would be willing to add it to your account...
