Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I have had similar issues, their awful. They blame it on paypal accounts when actually its them not wanted to release your money. My solution was to buy an item equal to the money i had and sell elsewhere. The site I chose was fast and reliable. I have lost out on how much money I started with, but at least I actually have cash in my bank now. Stay away from bitskins, i think paypal should remove theor services to be honest
