I am in China, have a us paypal account funded by us banks and now here in China on the net through vpn, I get a message saying I can't add funds from my bank to paypal please call them. is this because I am in China? What good is paypal if you can use it in other places in the world. Thanks
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
The only exception is U.S users can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts.
BUT you can't use another countries paypal account in that country.
