i do not have a bank account to verify with but my mom said i can connect it to hers is this ok, i am asking because i do swagbucks and paypal is the only way to cash out but you account has to verified with a bank
Anything financial (bank account, credit card, etc.) connected to your PayPal Account has to be in "your name" else it won't work. (You must be the owner or joint ownership as proof of ID.)
