Hello, community. I've been with paypal for over 4 years and since then I've never had any problem with the service. I use it mostly for my Ebay business, I pay fees and have already become a PowerSeller. A week ago I figured out I can't recieve payments anymore. I was informed following:

I uploaded all required information (despite suspicious requests of photo id I did upload ALL info to release my account)

But for some reason I couldn't add my phone number, though it has been approved already by sms.

Then I tried to contact all possible support (FB, Twitter, phone call with a robot)

After I recieved formal answers I've continued to login and try my best as situation seemed as a website glitch (I cleared cookies, used different browsers etc)

Since then something changed and now I can't even change phone number and recieve following message:

Please help. I have no idea what to do.

UPD. Moreover today I recieved this message from Ebay:

This is very disappointing as I pay literally loads of fees to Ebay and then being treated like this.

Please help.

Call customer service early and during their business hours.  Press zero or say "agent" when on the line. Get a US rep.  If you get outsource man, hang up.

https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/contact/call

You may need to call a few times so persistence, perseverance and aspirin is required.  Good luck.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Just called Paypal today. Was asked a few security questions by "Account Specialist". He doesn't know the reason why my account is limited but promised that he'd passed the information to the "back office" 4 hours later account is still limited. Now Ebay sends me threatening emails so I can lose my account there too (PowerSeller with 100% positive rating and Feedback Score 1353) because I can't pay Ebay fees with my Paypal. Smiley Sad

UPD. called again a minute ago, was asked to reupload SSN number photo. Which I just did. Pending...
