I ll send 20$ as gift to anyone help me lift my limitation

I received this message by Paypal

- I don't know what I done wrong
- i ve sent them a message at ...aup ppal .. but they don't answer me
- I call them , but they say to send a message at mail above.
What I can do? please help me

Limitation is permanent.

PayPal has already told you why.

You can't fix it.

 

If you want to understand why then you need to review the problem transaction.  No one here can have a clue as you haven't provided any information about the transaction.

they did not tell me what transaction, I have over 100 items in my account for sale. This is the full mail

As a result, your account has been permanently limited and this cannot be
appealed.
Per the PayPal User Agreement, which you read and accepted when you created
your account, we reserve the right to permanently limit an account due to
an Acceptable Use Policy violation. We may hold any available balance in
your PayPal account for up to 180 days. In addition, you may be liable for
any amount of damages PayPal incurs for each violation of the Acceptable
Use Policy.
 
To read more about your liability, the actions we may take and other
relevant information pertaining to the PayPal User Agreement, please refer
to the following URL:
 
Please remove all references to PayPal from your website/s and/or
auction/s. This includes not only removing PayPal as a payment option, but
also the PayPal logo and PayPal shopping cart.
 
The PayPal User Agreement states that PayPal  reserves the right to limit
an account for any violation of the PayPal User Agreement, including the
Acceptable Use Policy.
 
Under the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, PayPal may not be used to send or
receive payments for items that infringe or violate any copyright,
trademark, right of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary right
under the laws of any jurisdiction. This includes transactions for
counterfeit items or unauthorized replicas or copies of items.
