Hello PP Community, i have a problem with my PP account, i can't send money,etc my account is limited.
I create 3 weeks ago one dispute about an unautorizated transaction.
I receive my money back but my account become limited, i do what PP request, i confirm my credit card, i change my password and i update my security answer. After few days i receiveanother request "proof of addres" and i also sent a photo with a bill.
After 3 weeks my review is "in progress" i read tons of informations about that and i hope none can be true.
Please help me, i also sent 3-4 e-mails already and i just receive just useless auto-reply emails back.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary > try phoning customer services.
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thank you, i can't speak in english that is why i don't use customer phone service yet, but i sent an PM on facebook and also i post an comment because i see few people who do that and they receive very quick answer 🙂
