Why support doesn't respond?!

My account has been limited and asked me to upload Identity proof, i provided the ID Card picture and all the information they asked me.
now it's been 20 days and my account still limited, whenever i log in to my account and go to resolution center i have this message:

i emailed the support 3 times and no one cares about my email.

due to this problem, i can't pay for anything on ebay!

i appreciate any help you can provide.

May take a few weeks for them to get around to reviewing your info, guess they have a lot of other work as well.

If you want an update then why not phone them?
