When paying the ¢.25 for the instant transfer I expect it to happen within the 30 minutes paypal informs me that it will take. Why has this never been instant for me? I know others have this problem. Paypal is using false advertrising to defraud their members with these "instant transfers." Am I the only one who constantly experiences this? This is easily grounds for a class action law suit.
