At the top of my summary page is my profile photo. Around it, a circle forms, goes to 80%, and stops. I've seen it go to 100%, but it's usually 80%. Maybe this is a dumb minor question, but what the heck is that thing, and 80% of what?

It lists how compete your profile is.
Underneath "Hi Again" It will say something like "Complete your Profile. It's at 80%!"
You click that it will show you the areas that need to be filled out.

Thank you, I just don't see that extra information on my phone which, until early March, is my only link to the internet and PayPal. It was extremely difficult just to add a photo.
