What if I got a pop up message that said "You can't use Pay pal anymore" ?

What if I got a pop up message from Pay pal in the resolution tab that read; "You can't use Pay pal anymore"  Is this real? If it is real, is this fixable?  I'd be so grateful for any help on this. ASAP too please? Thank you.

If you logged in normally to your Paypal account and were directed to that message in the resolution centre then sounds genuine.

Did you get email confirmation at all?
