What happen to my claim to classmates

I bought a yearbook from classmates and did not recieve it I filed a complaint and I cannot find anything about it .

How did you send the payment in the first place?

Was it send money > goods / services OR friends / family. Was it sent via an invoice or money request sent by the seller?

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days of opening it??

If you paid with PAYPAL,you can find the transaction in your PAYPAL account and file a dispute.

The reason is item not received,escalate to get Paypal involved ,if seller cannot show he has shipped the item by uploading tracking information showing it has been delivered to your address,Paypal will close the case in your favor,you will get your money back,case closed

They did file a dispute, they just can't find the dispute now, which is why it may have been closed for one of the reasons i posted above.

if so,she should find the case in resolution center/closed case.

Once case is closed ,it cannot be open so if she has used a credit card,file chargeback.

if it is Ebay,file dispute of item not received.
