Visa gift cards

I have 2 visa gift cards loaded into my PayPal account.  I have used both of them on online purchases, but there should be some balance left on both.  How do I check this balance?  Also, is there a way to combine them?

If you check the back of the actual Visa gift card there should be a phone number to call to find the balance of what is on the Visa card
