Hi! I am a new PayPal user from the Philippines. I want to confirm my AmEx card but do not have the code. This AmEx card is linked to my prepaid credit/debit card offered by Globe, a telecommunication company here in the Philippines. They do not send credit card statement so I have no way of knowing what the code is as it couldn't be found on my online statement. My AmEx card,by the way, is a virtual card.
