How can I verify my Paypal account so that I can use and transfer my funds without having a valid I.D.? My I.d. was recently lost and I do not know my drivers license number
Unfortunately there's no shortcuts if you're required to provide additional proof of ID. PayPal will often ask for a photo ID (usually a Driver's License) and sometimes a copy of a Utility Bill that is in your name. You do have to option to contact customer service and to find out if there's any other acceptable options (like providing your SSN, etc.).
