Verification gone wrong? Card disappeared from my account?

While verifying my card, I input the 4 number code to finish the procedure. I received a message saying that the code was invalid, so I typed it again this time. After a few tries my account refreshed and my card was gone and my profile went from (100% to 67%). I did not clicked on delete card because I did not see any sort of warning. I tried to re-enter my card again and said it could not be processed...How can I fix this?

 

I did made a mistake and asked for another code on the 11/05/2017 while the first one was on 09/05/2017. I've been charged two times and I don't know what happened to my card and how to refund my money. Please help me.

Multipe attempts with failure is an indication of someone trying to hack the system, so PayPal likely blocked further attempts by removing the card.

You need to make a phone call to PayPal support fix it.
