Used the Transfer to bank using card option and money is still not on my card

Hi, I withdrew some money using the transfer to card option and it says completed but I never received the money. I always use this option and it only takes 30 minutes OR LESS for me to receive the money. This time it has been 2 days and all I get from paypal is an automatic response

Same. And i really need my money. Literally have .67 cents till friday unless this is resolved
