To send a fax or uploaded document:

* Login to your account.
* Click on "Help".
* Click on "Resolution Center".
* Locate your open case.
* Click Resolve next to the claim.
* Click Resolve Complaint on the Claim Details page.
* Select I will provide other evidence for this dispute by fax, file attachment, or note and click "Continue".
* Follow the prompted steps.
