Upgrade personal Premier account to Business and tax questions

i am currently running an ebay store and have a Premier paypal account. I would like to turn my ebay store to a real small business and would apply a license with my county.

As for Paypal, I have a few questions:

Can I upgrade it from Premier to Business?

If I have the business license and EIN (employer identification number) updated to my Paypal, will Paypal report my income to the IRS by my personal social security number or my EIN? (both numbers will be on file with Paypal)

Something to try:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Profile' link.
3. Click 'Update' in the 'Business information' section, then click ‘Edit’.  

When you click the Update option, you should see a button that will say Upgrade. By doing this, you will be able to upgrade your account to a business PayPal account.

Note, if the above process does not work, it's possible something has changed.  If that's the case, your next option would be to contact customer support for assistance.

As for your second question, they will use your EIN.
