Same with me. Having the same problem. I am trying to resolve my limitation by updating my security information via the limitation page and it will no resolve as completed. Furthermore, it is just buffering. Major issue. Please help Paypal.

i was facing the same problem.using this method i resolved it

follow the following steps.

• click the settings button
• switch to security tab
• Now updae the Password and security question from here
• Log in again
