Update business details

I'm having an issue updating my Business Details to lift the limitation on my acount.

Whenever I try changing the infomration, i.e add Company number, cusomter sevice email etc and then click save I get the following error message;

We're sorry. We can't complete your request right now. Please try again later.

I have tried for over a week using different browsers and PC's.

Please help.
