Unconfirmed email address

I am unable to access my email we have set up therefore can't confirm this address to claim payments made to it....help!? If I change the email address to one I can access and delete the old one can I still claim payments on the old address? Thanks

In this situation, we recommend reaching out to the sender of the payment to cancel the transaction. In most cases if a payment is unclaimed the sender will have the option to cancel the transaction. Once you have updated and confirmed the new email address you can contact the sender and have them send the payment to the new email address.
