I cannot seem to get my account unblocked, I emailed 3 times, I know that my account was hooked up, they sent me 17 cents, but I did not know how to look at logs, turns out my bank, need me to request that was added to my online banking, so, how do I get it unblocked (new to PayPal and having a bank account ;-; )
