Hi, I've been using PayPal for years and have never had this problem before: I just received a transfer of about $600, and I want to transfer all of it to my bank account. When I go to Wallet it says my balance is $600, but contrary to every other time I've used PayPal there's no data entry box to specify how much of it I want to transfer to my account, and when I click on Transfer it says amount to transfer $0.00. Can anybody please help?
No, that's never happened to me and there's no notification. Could have it something to do with being an "instant transfer" (it's already be transferred to in my bank account?). My activity shows "transfer to bank account" + a negative balance for the full amount.
