I am unable to close my account that was opened when I was in UAE and now no more over there.
They say it's because of my limitations and now I can't provide my new country IDs or account info to verify them.
So ultimately I have to create a new account with a new email id to use PayPal and there is seriously no way to close it?
Just want it close the account so I could use my usual email id to open a new one.
Really don't understand what is the reason for verifying my old ID and bank account when I am not staying there anymore?
