I hope someone can help, I need to change my surname on my PayPal account but whenever I go to Profile & Settings > Name > Change the page just crashes and suggests that I clear my cookies, which I have done numerous times with no luck. The error happens on mobile and desktop in both Chrome and Safari so I'm sure it must be some sort of bug. Can anyone help?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
