My Paypal is registered in Venezuela, but my Debit card was issued by a bank in the US, where I have an account. I need to add my card to my PayPal account. I don't understand why I was able to add the US bank account to my PayPal, but not the debit card issued by that same bank. I need this solved ASAP.
I imagine the reason is because you have a Venezuela PayPal account and because the debit card is a check card attached to your bank account. Same source of funds. You may need to add a credit card first. Maybe then you can add the debit/check card.
