I have a bank account (not foreign, major US bank), and when attempting to link my account to Paypal, I get an error message that the system is unable to do it at this time, please try again later.
I also tried doing it as an "other" bank, adding my account and routing numbers, and got the same message.
Is there some kind of server issue going on? If so, how long before this issue is resolved?
