US Account and Canadian Credit Card

I have a US Paypal account but carry both a Canadian Credit Card and a US Credit Card. Can I link both to the same account? When I log into my US account and go to add a card it only lets me put in a US address.

Did you ever find a solution? I am trying to do the reverse and having the same issue and a Google search turned up nothing! I have a Canadian PayPal and a US credit card that asks for a Canadian address. I will call my bank tomorrow and have them add my Canadian billing address and try that. Curious to know what you found out, if anything! I find it odd that we can now add a US and Canadian BANK account, but not a credit card!
