Trying to change account type to personal.

So I kind of made a mistake and put my account in business type. After noticing it and trying to change it back, I have no idea how. Please someone help. I'd like to have personal account type.

You need to email or phone customer service to changed for you, as it is not a automatic process that you can you do it yourself unfortunately.

Click on help / contact bottom of this page and use the email option > if you get an automated reply then 'reply' to that email and you should get an agent.

Just click "Message Centre" then it will ask to login with your PayPal account, and then just select the topic you want, write a message about it and you good to go.

I don't think emailing will help, to downgrade you need to phone them normally.
