Transfer of money from summary page to wallet

 Someone sent me money which shows as a positive entry in the summary page.  How can I transfer that to my wallet so I can deposit it into my linked bank account.  Pay Pal says I have no money available for transfer, however I do have this positive amount listed.  Thank you

Hey seamus5502,

If someone sends a payment, it shows up in your available PayPal balance once you can withdraw to your bank. If you don't see it as available in your balance, it either means your didn't receive a payment or it's not available yet. If you see it available in your balance and you're unable to withdraw it due to an error, you may need to contact us so that we can see what's affecting the issue and assist. Hopefully this is resolved for you soon!
