Why does my transfer into my bank keep failing? The card information should be correct and I updated the billing address.
were you able to resolve?
Two requests for transfer of funds from my PayPal account to my checking account failed. No explanation was given. And there appears to be no means of getting an answer.
are you using a debit card?
not all cards work.
