I use my PayPal and debit for petty cash. I've transferred funds from my bank to pp in the past with no problem. Now it seems I can't. I can still transfer to my bank but not out of it.
Has anyone else had this problem? PP says my bank is denying the transaction but my bank says no, there's no hold here.
