To close my current account and open a new one

Hi, Hope you are doing well. 

I need your advice regarding close my current account with understanding that I have a reaming balance. the reason behind this decision is to have an active PayPal account in another country (not the original one) and PayPal is not allows me to use the old account because I must follow new regulations that comply with my current country laws, so please let me know what to do now I must change my address and bank details.

you can open a new account in your new country without closing the other one.

if there is a credit card you want to use with your new account,remove it from the old account before you link that card to your new account
