this card was accepted yesterday, but I couldn't confirm it, so I went to wallet (As OLD PAYPAL View) and added the same card itself while it even was added, and suddenly, it got removed, Now I cannot add it! and it says : 

''This card is not accepted. Please use a different card.''

or in old paypal view : 
''We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.''

There are some cards paypal won't accept, if they are saying that for yours then add another card.

That's not an answer bro, I mean It got accepted yesterday!!! just read exactly what I did it's weird, plus I don't have another Credit Card it's not easy to have one where I love !!!!!!!!!!

Yes you can often add cards but not confirm them if not accepted.

 

If you are not happy with that answer then go ask customer services?

I did, problem is that I can't reach someone to talk to, there's that automated woman talking, doesn't even listen to what I say, plus IDK how to give them my phone number because I live in Morocco .....

They normally take up to 24 hours, but as its New Years Day that may be a bit delayed.
